New England BBQ Championship

Harpoon BBQ Championships

On July 24th and 25th Harpoon will be Hosting the New England BBQ Championships. D&B is one of the sponsors and lending our great talent to the BBQ University. Danny, Kevin, Carl, Jon and Wendy will be demonstrating Dry Age Fabrication, 6 Mates Calamari & Shrimp grilling techniques, recipes and cooking methods for locally raised NEFF pork ribs, the beer can method for Misty Knoll Chicken and tips and tricks for perfectly smoked Buffalo from Yankees Farmers Market. Make sure you get there early to get a good seat!
