Seacoast Online's Rachel Forrest enjoyed her visit to the D&B Roadshow last week and wrote a great recap. Over two days, forty vendors and the D&B team met with 200 plus Chefs in New Hampshire and Maine. Next stop on the 2010 Tour is Bar Harbor on May 4th from 10am to 2pm.
A visit to the Dole and Bailey Road Show on April 14 at the Union Bluff Hotel in York Beach, Maine, revealed much about what we might see on our restaurant tables in the upcoming year.

Have you ever tried Castelvetrano olives? We first had a sample at a farmers market. They were giant olives, bright green, with a crunchy bite and a clean, fruity flavor that actually - get this! - tasted like olive oil.
