One of the great new additions in 2009 to our available foods was California Olive Ranch, Olive Oils. EVERY Chef who has tried them has said it was the best oil they have ever tasted. We just received their Olio Nuovo which is only produced just after Harvest and Pressing of the ripest olives. It is bottled in the first days of pressing when the fruit is still present and has not settled. It is vibrant in color and flavor and only available for the next couple of months. We have very limited availability so make sure to call today!!!!

D&B is introducing a great new product that Ilan discovered on his tour of Spanish cheese makers. It is a Valencia Dry Fig. Dense, golden brown with a rich carmel flavor. They make a great garnish for a cheese plate or a base for any fruit chutney or compote. They are available in 500g packages and on our special flyer this week.
