Favorite Fall Flavors

Fall is my favorite, flavor time of the year. I love a pistachio crusted lamb rack, a wild mushroom and red wine braised beef short rib, or a pork osso bucco over a creamy risotto. Little Trick, Big Treat

One of our hottest fall items is a Veal Short Rib Tied Osso Bucco. Our veal partner raises Prime Calves in the rolling hills of Lancaster County PA. We have them remove all but one bone of the short rib and tie them to replicate a traditional Osso Bucco. Braise with aromatics, a great red wine and serve with your favorite fall risotto.
