Spring Lamb is Available!

Spring is coming and so are new menu creations. Why not jazz things up and do something out of the norm? Why not order a whole lamb and get creative?
As everyone knows, Dole and Bailey is the purveyor of Northeast Family Farms, and we found a great opportunity to bring all natural, locally raised animals to your kitchen. These lambs hail from Edgefield Farm in
Westmoreland, NH, grazing on hilltop pastures. They never receive hormones or feed-grade antibiotics. They are raised on mother’s milk and finished with New England grown grain.
PLEASE be aware that there are only 5 head available. First come, first serve. Please contact your salesman by 5pm on April 4th for a delivery on or after April 17th, depending upon your location and delivery schedule. Ask your salesman for pricing!
